Shipping Policy
1. General Information
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow for additional transit time for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (within South Africa): R100 flat rate for all orders under R500.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R500.
Delivery is estimated to take between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the delivery address. While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier.
3. Courier Information
We use The Courier Guy for all our deliveries within South Africa. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on The Courier Guy’s website.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Packages: We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged package and product and contact us immediately at thehijaamahclinic@gmail.com. We will work with The Courier Guy to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and arrange for a replacement.
- Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we will contact The Courier Guy directly to investigate the issue. Once the package is confirmed as lost, we will arrange to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (herbal medications), we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged upon arrival. For information on what to do if you receive a damaged product, please refer to the “Damaged or Lost Packages” section above.
