3. Products and Services

The Hijaamah Clinic offers natural health products, supplements, and cupping (Hijaamah) services. The pricing and availability of all products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price.

4. Order and Shipping Terms (Matching Policies)

By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms:

  • Shipping Region: We currently ship only within South Africa.
  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 0 to 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time the order is placed.
  • Transit Time: Delivery is expected to take between 1 and 3 business days to reach your specified address once shipped.
  • Shipping Costs: A flat rate of R100 applies to all orders under R500. Shipping is FREE for all orders R500 and over.
  • Courier: We primarily use The Courier Guy for deliveries.

5. Refund and Returns Policy (Matching Policies)

You acknowledge and agree to our Refund and Returns Policy:

  • Final Sale: Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
  • Refund Exception: Refunds will only be issued for items that are Damaged or Defective or if you received an Incorrect Item.
  • Claim Period: Any claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported to us via email at thehijaamahclinic@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, along with photographic evidence.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
